Bumblebee Features in CareforKids “Amazing Early Childhood Services”

Early Childhood Services showcased in CareforKids article with some of the extraordinary efforts centres have been making to stay connected with their families in this difficult time.

During this uncertain time Bumblebee Early Childhood Service has gone above and beyond to stay connected with our families and provided reassurance and normality in this stressful time to ensure the well being of children, families and staff.

For some live videos from our early childhood service educators please visit our face book page with your children:

We have been posting videos of learning experiences for the children to do at home with their families.

Our educators have been uploading content existing of gardening, going on a bear hunt, I spy, puppets and different sensory activities and also prep program goals for children to stay involved in our early childhood service program.

At Bumblebee early childhood service we are proud of our relationships and partnerships with our families and we wanted to ensure this continued during this pandemic by providing ways to stay connected.

Our families response has been fantastic with emails coming in saying how their children are watching the video’s over and over and loving them!. Some children have been responding with video’s of their own saying Hi to the educators and peers at our early childhood service.

The children were meant to start their visits to Caroona our local aged care facility this month again and due to the pandemic we started a pen pal service where the children could write and scan in their letters to the residents to still stay connected and keep the relationships growing.

We have has a wonderful response with different residents writing back and now ready to move into the next stage of connecting via online video with the residents to continue our program.

We look forward to welcoming all our families back soon, stay safe and make sure that you check out our website at http://www.childcarebumblebee.com and facebookpage above.
